By Yachtspotter.

Tueq was the premier attraction on the Riviera during the summer of 2002. Nobody expected to see this yacht of more than seventy meters delivered so quickly, as she was completely unknown to the majority of us. Fast tracking as well as the choice of a rather commercial shipyard enabled the development of this yacht to remain confidential. The project was managed by SETE Yachts (now PrivatSea), a subsidiary of the Latsis group. The result is a very impressive yacht, especially in volume, whose installation is distributed over six decks.

Tueq has a double bottom containing storage sections. The lower deck accommodates technical rooms opening onto a bathing platform. Following are four guest staterooms (aft), the engine room (to the center) and the crew quarters (forward) which have the characteristic of containing two galleys : one for the guests and one for the crew.

On the main deck is the large main lounge (aft) followed by a large staircase surrounding a lift (the both serve the five main decks), a second lounge for relaxing (to the center), and eight other guest staterooms (forward).

The second deck accommodates a panoramic lounge (aft), two guest staterooms (to the center), and two suites for the owner (forward) with a common panoramic lounge.

The third deck is atypical with a very large dining room (aft), and the second part of the crew quarters including three cabins for the officers (to the center) and the pilothouse (forward).

The sundeck accommodates the tenders (aft), a covered area with a bar (to the center) and a solarium (forward). The sundeck was modified during a refit in 2005. It's enclosed by windows now.

Her hull was lengthened of 7 metres in 2007 (refit in Greece).

To end, according to the French newspaper Le Monde, her owner could be the brother of the King of Saudi Arabia, Prince Salman.
