The 2nd Moonen 97 motoryacht Sofia II (the first is Darsea, launched earlier this year) entered St Peter Port harbour in Guernsey, Channel Islands on 25-11-2008. After fueling, the Moonen 97 was heading for
Southampton where it was going to be loaded aboard a ship and transported to
Miami.

Moonen will release a book about the shipyard in the near future (a small anouncement on the Moonen site and you see a copy of that book at page 146 in the actual BI on the table in the salon of My Issue).

On the PMY forum there was a trivia about the Moonen 85 yachts, so here is the list with the original names and launch years. I don?t know most of the current names, but feel free to add them.
1986 Cassiopeia S (now Midnight Saga II?)

Does anyone know how many Moonen 85's were ever produced? www.yacht-images.com recently published a few photos of the Moonen 85 Jumbo. She was owned by Dutch royalty, but is now for sale for ? 2.6 mil. At around 25 meter a Moonen 85 is not quite a superyacht, however, her overall appearance and quality should qualify her as a superyacht.
I can think of at least two other Moonen 85's: Mayflower, Cassiopeia's (although they may have changed names)
Any other names?
