Couach Yachts has announced yesterday the order of a third 50 mt yacht. Let us remind that the first hull has not even touch the water yet. Moreover, the turnover for the 3rd trimester has increased of 32,4 % and the global order book reaches 165 million euros. Excellent figure given the current morosity in the yacht market.

Two weeks ago, i visited the Couach shipyard to write their "saga" for Yachts magazine. And i can tell you the yacht launched is not a 3000 Fly but a 3700 Fly. Kadimo's was the first model and Tosca is the name of the second 37 metres built by Couach.

There is a shed, built exclusively for the next 50 metres. The CEO wants to present this exceptional new model for the Cannes Boat Show in 2009. 50 metres of composite (by infusion) powered by more than 10000 hp, 30 knots and a transatlantic range.

I think you're right, it seems she is still in the shipyard for finishing.

Do you know if the second 3000 Fly has been launched ? This hull should have a standard accommodation (8 guests). I also heard the name Paradise. Do you know something ?

According to the first public layout, she will accommodate twelve guests : four guests staterooms in the middle of the lower deck, one VIP on the main deck, and the owner suite on the upper deck. The crew will be composed of nine members. The yard announces this new yacht as the unique yacht capable of crossing the Atlantic and of reaching 30 knots. Delivery scheduled for 2009.
