Baglietto has launched a new 58 metres. According to the press release, she's called Viki, and if you have a look on the video (on the main page of the following link) the name is Viky. Note that she's one of the rare Baglietto with an helipad. Full details : http://www.gruppobagliettopress.com/...

The colour scheme of Bolaro is the same as Revitality (dark blue hull, metallic grey superstructure), the only difference is the boot stripe, which is red and grey for Bolaro (grey and white for Revitality).

Bolaro is also the only yacht of the series to have a double level of portholes in the hull (see picture).

A quick correction. Hull 10197 has not yet been delivered (and thus still in the shed being painted) and is scheduled for delivery early in 2008.

It was also a good opportunity to have a look on the projects under way. Two sheds were empty (we can imagine they were used for the construction of Tin Tin and B-17). These sheds are already used for the construction of two new aluminium hulls. The smaller shed (on the right) is used for a new open. Her design looks similar to Astarte or Blue Princess Star. The aluminium hull and superstructure is finished, so we can imagine a launch for 2008. The last shed is used for a nearly complete project. The yacht is protected for a paint job. This could be the project 10197.

I did a little tour in Varrazze during the last week. A good opportunity to have a look on the Baglietto yard. Two of the recent launches were in the yard for maintenance, certainly warranty works. You can discover B-17, launched in August, and presented during the last Cannes Boat Show. Tin Tin was out of waters, you can see her in the background.

It seems that the "Gruppo Camuzzi" (Baglietto, Pisa, etc...) is changing its communication, well I hope so, and I think that many other enthusiasts hope so too! This group stopped updates on the websites some years ago. And it was a pity especially for the fans, because Baglietto was really active in the past. You certainly read (in another heading) that Pisa has a new website, and the former website of Baglietto is removed now. There is a just a meeting press kit for a moment, and maybe a new website soon...

Interesting also to do a report about the last launches of the yard.
Seven yachts were supposed to be launched this year :

- two 34 metres (the Thunderball series) were launched. B-17 (hull 10198) was launched in August, and was presented at Shows. Another one (hull 10197) was supposed to be launched earlier but I have no news about her... Do you?

- Tin Tin (hull 10200) was launched in May. You certainly remember that she had an accident few days after her launch. We can imagine that she's the successor of another Tintin built by Baglietto/Mondomarine in 1999.

- the hull 10196 was also launched in May. She's a 43 metres, certainly a sister of Annamia. But this time her hull has a different color (I think blue), and Pedro Peña is reponsible of the decoration. I have no idea of her name...

- Tatiana per Sempre (hull 10194) was launched in June. She's the successor of another Baglietto now renamed Amici per Sempre.

- Antalis (hull 10193) was the first Baglietto launched this year. This yacht has an original design. She was just spotted near Monaco this spring...

- the hull 10199 should be launched very soon. With 173 feet announced, we can imagine she's a sister of Blue Scorpion. No more detail is known for the moment.

I invite you to complete this list, thanks!

Yes, curious accident! A Baglietto 42 is scheduled for the Cannes Boat Show. We can imagine that's Tintin. I'm curious to know if there were many damages and if she will be ready for the meeting...

I think of a design from Francesco Paszkowski. This new Baglietto is like an evolvement of the 34 meter series.

Anna, this yacht is a Baglietto. She could be the hull 10194, with a length of 44.2 metres. She was launched this year. I have no idea of her name for the moment. Any help is welcome...

This picture is from the port of Antiparos, Greece, and was taken the 24th of June this summer. I have never seen a yacht like this before, and we were curious to find out some information about it.

So few pictures of the new Blue Scorpion are available on the web. And it's a pity, she has a beautiful silhouette. I don't resist to post a recent picture of her, arriving in Monaco few days ago.

It seems difficult that's Adler. The yacht was seen in Valencia, Spain two weeks ago. And she still had a white hull...

Seen a Baglietto at Miamarina, Miami (from the road...). Dark hull, looks like Adler. Do you know its name?

It appears that there is a second yacht name The One. I am not familiar enough with these yachts to know if she is new or a new name : http://www.shipspotting.com/...

Two new yachts were presented by Baglietto in Cannes and Monaco, both designed by Francesco Paszkowski.

Annamia was in Cannes. I'm sorry but I have no picture. The yacht was moored in the middle of the harbour, and it was impossible to find a good angle of view (and the weather was horrible). Annamia has a beautiful grey hull, and a light grey superstructure. With her 42.75 metres, she's an evolution of the 42m series.

The new Blue Scorpion, successor of the 42 metres built in 2003, was at the Monaco Yacht Show (see picture). With a similar design, she looks like a larger sister of the 42m series. And with her 52.45 metres, she's the largest Baglietto ever built.

Their cards are already in the database with all specifications.

A new Baglietto was delivered today. Her name is Annamia (hull 10190). She has a length of 43 metres. I don't see a picture of her for the moment, but I think that she's a sister of Blue Scorpion and Blue Eyes.
