Cantieri di Pisa has launched the new Akhir 108. It will be shown at the Festival de la Plaisance, in Cannes. The yard says that Italian designer Carlo Galeazzi "has sensitively refreshed the original lines that were drawn over thirty years ago by the skilful hand of Pierluigi Spadolini." Cantieri di Pisa is presenting a new website : http://www.cantieridipisa.it
The website is mainly dedicated to the future Akhir 135. You will find pictures and data about this new model of Pisa. According to the design of the website other models (86, 108, 118 and 153) will be presented soon.
Note also an interesting rumour that I heard at the Monaco Yacht Show. It seems that the name "Cantieri di Pisa" could be changed for another one in a near future, to be more attactive. We will see...

Thanks to a spotter in Barcelona we have the first picture of the new Akhir 145. She's a nearly sister of Element, launched in 2002. It seems that the stern was slightly lengthened of 5 feet. Her name is Cap de Quers, so we can imagine that she's the successor of the Astondoa 121 also named like that.
