The latest Slob hull was launched on 25 September 2009. Enclosed a picture of the launch. |
Posted by Yachtspotter | 01/30/2009 @ 14:05 | Reply Thanks Ernst. It's the future De Vries hull 679. According to her specifications, she should be a more and less sister of the recently launched Hurricane Run (messages 01/16/2008). |

Around 16:00 local time the hull which you were looking for emerged from the Slob building. It is like you pointed out one major/massive hull! |
Posted by Marc | 11/13/2008 @ 16:30 | Reply Today at Slob launch of hullnumber 1002 (88 mtrs) for De Vries Makkum. |

 Latest Slob hull (photo's taken 16-07-2008). |
Posted by Jacques | 01/17/2008 @ 23:10 | Reply The design of the upper deck reminds me the one of High Chaparral. |
Posted by Maarten | 01/17/2008 @ 23:05 | Reply It's hull 677 (52m). |
Posted by Happy Fox | 01/17/2008 @ 23:00 | Reply It is not SL39. I have checked the fore deck. On SL39 there are 2 stairs beside to the wheelhouse. On this recent picture there is only 1 stairs in the middle. |
Posted by Yachtspotter | 01/17/2008 @ 20:45 | Reply I have the feeling it's a hull of 45-50 metres. Maybe the hull 677, a project still unknown for the moment. |
Posted by Happy Fox | 01/17/2008 @ 20:40 | Reply I'm not sure, but the superstructure looks like SL39, also the beam and the stairs on the aftdeck. And yes, it looks larger, so...? I don't know. |
Posted by Yachtspotter | 01/17/2008 @ 20:35 | Reply Are you sure? This hull seems larger. |
Posted by Happy Fox | 01/17/2008 @ 20:30 | Reply Is this casco from one of the SL39 series...? |

Just an hour ago I saw the new casco passing Alphen aan den Rijn (Netherlands) at Molenaarsbrug. Probably a new De Vries casco, cause it was going in the direction Aalsmeer. |
Posted by Yachtspotter | 01/16/2008 @ 16:05 | Reply Thank you very much Ernst, another scoop! I have the feeling it's a De Voogt design, maybe a future De Vries...!? A shed is empty since the launch of Predator. |

Here is another picture from Ernst. The design of the aft decks reminds me former yachts from De Voogt. I also think it's a Feadship. Note the straight bow, a première for the yard. | | |
Posted by Andy Lindy | 01/17/2007 @ 18:00 | Reply Normally they would now be working on the hull of a Feadship for launch during 2008. |
Posted by Yachtspotter | 01/17/2007 @ 15:40 | Reply Thank you Ernst, a real scoop! Slob builds hulls and superstructures for many yards like Feadship, Amels or Oceanco. Amels builds its projects in Poland now. Oceanco has a projects line known from everybody. So we can imagine that it's a Feadship project... |
