Surprising news about Kismet. The yacht is putting into port in Funchal, Madeira. And you can read on the online registry of the port office the following details :

N. IMO: 1008700
Paìs de Registo: Ilhas Cimão
Agente: Ferraz
Carga: Outros
Motivo da Escala: Avaria (late a motor)

The last line is interesting, "reason of the port of call : damage (late a motor)". It seems that the yacht has a problem on an engine. The yacht arrived yesterday. And for the moment, she's scheduled to stay in Funchal until February 7.

ETA at the Lürssen yard, if this is her destination, would be around 06:30 to 08:30 Saturday morning. Any spotters in the area who wants to see her docking should then be on the Lemwerder side of the river Weser, most possible mooring place is the former Vulkan pier.

I just noticed that the Mayan Queen arrived in Lübeck (Germany) today. It's just next to Pelorus. It's amazing how small the Queen appears to be next to Pelorus. Link : http://www.hl-live.de/...

Apoise is in the English channel. I guess she is going down to Gibraltar, but naturally thats a guess! She has passed Portsmouth, Southampton, Plymouth, and Falmouth so I dont think she'll be stopping in UK on her way.
