Posted by Carew | 03/07/2009 @ 23:40 | Reply As you may know, Vancouver is hosting the 2010 Winter Olympics, so there is a lot of hype surrounding 2010 around here. This new yacht is called the "Spirit of 2010" which I figured was some kind of promotion for the upcoming games ...but it isn't! Even though the yacht was built in Vancouver, it's name was registered before Vancouver even bid for the Olympics. What a coincidence! What I don't understand is, what it's name does mean : http://www.spirityachtcharters.com |

Lauren L finished her refit/conversion one month ago. She's anchored near Beaulieu-sur-Mer now. Alysia is anchored near her. The Liveras' fleet is ready for the summer season. |

Posted by Christo303 | 01/15/2008 @ 15:50 | Reply Johan, Zenobia has been for charter since her launching. Burgess had a campaign about her in her first year in service. The last few seasons, she was just not actively promoted. |

Posted by Jacques | 12/03/2007 @ 19:30 | Reply A big sister of Lauren L (ex Constellation) is available for charter through Burgess Yachts. Orion was built by Cassens in 2003. And she has a length of 103 meters : http://www.burgessyachts.com/... |

Posted by LMC | 04/18/2007 @ 13:00 | Reply Clarification : the Constellation referred to above is the 88.50m SOLAS passenger vessel built by Cassens Germany 2002 (ex. Sun Bay II). Not the 80m motor yacht built by Oceanco Holland 1999. |
Posted by Yachtspotter | 04/17/2007 @ 16:10 | Reply Just received the news that Liveras Yachts has purchased Constellation. A re-styling is scheduled in a near future. Link : http://www.liverasyachts.com/... |
Posted by Jacques | 03/25/2007 @ 14:00 | Reply A "different" project is underway in India. A 162 ft replica of a 15th Century Chinese Junk is under construction at Classicraft Marine Works in Mumbai. Scheduled for a launch in 2008, she will have nine guest cabins. The German owner will use her for charter in Asia. More info on IBI : http://www.ibinews.com/... |
