Posted by Yachtspotter | 01/07/2009 @ 13:00 | Reply A very cold weather is crossing the France, and the consequence is about 15cm of snow on the Vieux Port of Marseille, a rare scene (never seen since 20 years). All the city is paralysed, roads are closed, rail stations are closed, the airport is closed. In few words : "c'est la pagaille!". Link : http://www.lefigaro.fr/... |

The snow remained on the roofs of the old city, the beaches or along the roads. |

A pity that it occured during the night, there was only a few snow on the yachts at the morning. The crew quickly removed it from the decks. |

There was about 10cm of snow on all the city. The highway was closed and re-opened after a couple of hours. |

What a surprise during the night of the 25th! There was a snow storm on Antibes, not before or after, just there! |
