Element is the first Akhir 140, the largest yacht of Cantieri di Pisa. The shipyard took up a challenge. To create a tri-deck yacht within the typical lines of a two decks one. To preserve fine superstructures, the engineers carried out a re-arrangement between the external and internal decks. These latter are lower by a few centimeters. Interior decoration is simple and of good taste.
Installation is conventional. The upper deck provides a lounge (aft), the captain?s stateroom (to the center) and the pilothouse. The large lounge, a dining room (aft), a galley (to the center), and the owner's suite (forwards) are on the main deck. The lower deck provides a garage for the tender, the engine room (aft), five guests staterooms (to the center) and the crew quarters (forwards).
