Deanna started out as an Army crash boat P272 then was reassigned to AVR21 and used to recover aircraft an pilots. She was
purchased by Carroll Shelby designer of the Shelby Cobra. Shelby designed
and converted the double planked mahogany hull into a beautiful yacht. She spent most of her life in Mexican waters. She is currently on the San Joaquin Delta in California. |
